Marinated Mushrooms

This tangy mushroom appetizer is prepared in minutes. The rest of the work is done while it sits to allow the mushrooms to absorb this special flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 8g of salt
  • 6g of seasoning salt
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • 60ml of distilled white vinegar
  • 120ml of olive oil
  • 500g of mushrooms, drained

Combine garlic salt, seasoned salt, vinegar, parsley and olive oil together in a mixing bowl. Whisk all ingredients together. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and let marinate 24 hours. Serve with crackers or melba toast. This recipe makes 8 servings.
