This tangy mushroom appetizer is prepared in minutes. The rest of the
work is done while it sits to allow the mushrooms to absorb this special
flavor.
Ingredients:
8g of salt
6g of seasoning salt
Handful of chopped parsley
60ml of distilled white vinegar
120ml of olive oil
500g of mushrooms, drained
Combine garlic salt, seasoned salt, vinegar, parsley and olive oil
together in a mixing bowl. Whisk all ingredients together. Pour the
mixture over the mushrooms and let marinate 24 hours. Serve with
crackers or melba toast. This recipe makes 8 servings.
